Is Teameats free?
Yes — Teameats is currently free for everyone while we're in early access. Paid plans for larger teams will come later.
Will my data move to a paid plan automatically?
No. When paid plans launch, you'll be able to choose whether to upgrade. Nothing changes until you opt in.
How does payment splitting work?
When a batch is delivered, Teameats calculates each person's share including tips and delivery. We then generate one-tap payment links (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Venmo, Wise) so people can settle instantly.
Can I limit an order to specific departments?
Yes. Every batch supports audience scopes — everyone, specific members, specific departments, or 'all except'.
Is the data private to my team?
Each cycle is isolated. Restaurants, ratings, members, and orders are scoped to your cycle and not visible to other teams.
Does it work outside Egypt?
